It is typical NHL and Bettman to impose suck a rule. Im sure if he was fined, illitch would pay it. who knows, maybe illitch said hed already pay it if al was fined. For example: I'm sure he's going to respond well to "Buck Fettman" I don't like particularly like Bettman either (ok, I totally despise him!) but if you want to get your point across with the petition you need to be an adult about it.
