RedWings 79 Report post Posted April 23, 2008 I watched the whole series against Nashville and really thought that it would have been much easier with a few powerplay goals... I think Game 4 would have been ours with usual old Wings PP production.. I believe this is a KSF of our series against Colorado. Against a hot goalie you need to score in PP if you want to secure easy victories and avoid getting into dangerous overtimes like in game 5. I am a bit scared about that... Our powerplay stats are misleading. we Had about ten "powerplays" that were under 30 seconds due to the preds taking a penalty while on a pp. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

After round 1, Babs already said he was very displeased with their powerplay and that they would use the time off to have it much better. Now, usually when Babs says something like that, he does it, so I think the powerplay will be much better come round 2, and no worry about our penalty kill. Behind Enemy Lines in CO 11 Report post Posted April 25, 2008 The Av's have struggled all year on the pk. The Wings have a golden opportunity to score some goals IF they get a chance.
