Anssi Salmela,he plays for Tappara here. I don't think he's ever fought before and it showed. But way to show some sisu and let them know we don't tolerate that kind of s***. Is it any fighting or just fighting after the buzzer that gets them suspended? It just sucks for Salmela because you could tell he didn't want to go at all. He and Backes were both throwing gloved punches for a while until Backes dropped his gloves. Salmela even kept his on for a while before he realized he had to fight back. These suspensions are ridiculous anyways. Jokinen's hit was clean. Russian refs really screwed the game. "1st goal" by Finland never happend. Pathetic.
