I'm really hoping that scenario plays out because Mrs. NFM#25 and myself will make the trip for Game 5 of the Finals if the Wings are fortunate enough to move on. It would be nice for it to be on a Saturday so we have to use less vacation days.

The couple I got the schedule(s) from want it that way too. One of them doesn't have any vacation at all right now and thats the schedule that works out best for them... plus, you have a chance at a cup clinching game that night, or at least a very big game if the series is tied at 2-2.

Yeah here is the rest of the possible schedules I posted the other day. It seems like it's most likely Saturday unless they both go 7.

Also, if the Wings and Penguins each close out their series in Game 5, the Stanley Cup finals will open Thursday at Joe Louis Arena, with Game 2 on Saturday. Games 3 and 4 would be the following Tuesday and Thursday in Pittsburgh, followed by games on Saturday, Tuesday and Thursday, if necessary. All games would start at 8 p.m.
