He said, of the Leafs offers, that at 71 he doesn't have the energy for that anymore. Teams that make this offer to him are crazy, Scotty isn't going anywhere. Yup, seems like every year at this time there is a new rumor of a team trying to sign Scotty and every year Bowman reassures everyone he's not going anywhere. And I am not worried about him leaving the Wings, if he retired fine he was a big part of setting up the system here and it will continue in his absence, I just don't want him working his magic on another franchise!
