Danny=Badass 1 Report post Posted June 23, 2009 I am from Kentucky originally and much prefer the Appalachians and Blue Ridge and Smokies to the Rockies... seen all of them, prefer the eastern mountains softness and greenness. I don't watch multiple sports, no. If there isn't a puck and stick involved, I couldn't care less. The person below me has seen the Alamo in person. no unfortunatly I haven't but I would love to see it someday. But my grand parents have been there so I have a book about the Alamo Cat. The person below likes really bad sci-fi movies that you can tell that the monsters are fake and they look like plastic toys.
55fan 5,133 Report post Posted June 23, 2009 Not particularly. I like Star Wars and Star Trek, but that's the end of my sci-fi. The person below me has a toy from their childhood that they won't get rid of despite it having been pulled from the shelves as "unsafe".

I don't have an unsafe toy from my childhood but I do have just a toy. It's a white bear that has a butterfly one the toe and it was my comfort item and I won't give it up. It'll probably become my childs first bear. The person below me works with animals for a living.

I'm teaching Vacation Bible School to a bunch of 4 year olds, this is all new to me and it's wiping me out and it's only half a day. 3 more days left. TPBM has vacation plans that involve a lake or ocean.

puckloo39 5,686 Report post Posted June 24, 2009 Nah, I just come here and ask some of the people on this site who know more than the NHL does about CBA and how it affects the game and the Wings. LWG-wiki. The person below me has freckles.

puckloo39 5,686 Report post Posted June 25, 2009 I seem to get picked a lot for JD, and it's a pain -- but a privilege. The tough part is losing time at work, and then not being chosen. There goes the day. Oh well. No, they can't get me for three more years (municipal) and two more for federal. I had to go for both last year. Yay! The person below me thinks politicians who screw around with mistresses and then cry on camera when they get caught are both pathetic and laughable simultaneously. * excuse me while I go pack for my upcoming hike on the Appalachian Trail. WizardOfOz30 1,886 Report post Posted June 25, 2009 I agree with that statement. But what's worse is when their wives make their statement that they still love and support their husbands. TPBM needs to get to bed.

SouthernWingsFan 854 Report post Posted June 25, 2009 I understand. Fairly simple to figure out. A 90 minute game, seperated into 2 45-minute halves, continuous clock (in most professional leagues). However, since there are whistles/dead balls/fouls, referees add for extra time at the conclusion of the 45 minutes. A judgment call obviously, so anywhere from 1 to even 5 or 6 minutes might be added on to a half. When the second half starts, the timer is reset to 45:00. The person below me can imitate South Park characters well. 1 55fan reacted to this

Not a huge southpark watcher though. TPBM when singing Don't Stop Believing mute the radio when it says BORN AND RAISED IN SOUTH DETROIT and scream it at the top of your lungs.
