The folks of Northern Cal cannot blame this one on a back to back either!! San Jose has been off since they played the Islanders at home on Saturday night!! In the Ottawa/Buffalo game tonight, there was a scrum in front of the Ottawa bench, Peters of Buffalo and Ruutu of Ottawa were tangled up, and Peters was giving a face wash to Ruutu, when Ruttu bit Peters thumb. Peters still had his glove on, but went screaming like his thumb was slammed into a door!! If you haven't seen it, check it out on NHL on the Fly!! damn you will laugh your butt off!!
