You're not seriously blaming LILJA on that, are you? Wow... I'd better go to bed now before I get really pissed. Hopefully Ozzie gets a little more support (he doesn't seem to have faith in his D and is trying to do too much) in the 2nd and 3rd. It was poor goaltending for both goals. No need to slide all the way to the goaline on that second one. Hopefully the coaches tell Ozzie to stay on his feet and tell the defense to play the body on Getzlaf. We didn't play too bad. I was going to comment on his rebounding, he's just flying all over the place laying himself out for the shot. When conklin is in net there is a different style of play by the team.I think the wings D-men can only clear so many rebounds. However, Detroit and many of its fans are in the Eastern time zone, where it's just shy of 11pm. At this pace, the game will finish at about 1-1:30am. I'll be up anyway until 2 studying (and I have class at 8), but many don't keep my weird schedule. Okay, Wings. You're better than this. Snap out of it and start playing like you can.
