That being said, who the hell would want to watch the game as it either appears only from one players view or when just on one player. That would drive me nuts. You would miss so much of the game. I get annoyed when the stations vary from the few standard camera views they use. I can't stand the overhead shot sometimes used at one end over the net. It's too far away from the rink. soonboomer 31 Report post Posted May 19, 2009 Just a thought.....Perhaps any media bias against the Redwings stems from the fact that most of the media covering the NHL is Canadian/North American and the Redwings are the least Canadian/North American team in the league. Maybe the Don Cherry bigotry is more prevalent that anyone believes but it isn't visably apparent because he's the voice of the media vocalizing anti-Euro opinions while the majority of rest of the media, while having the same anti-Euro biases, are too cowardly to do so.
