ComradeWasabi 109 Report post Posted May 31, 2009 Honestly, it probably wasn't their fault entirely that the Stars' season was such a disaster. Injury trouble and their obvious chemistry issues surrounding Mr Avery (alright, that was Brett's fault entirely) never let them really get their year rolling. Write this one off and I believe they'll be good again in 2009-2010.
xBrave_Heartx 0 Report post Posted May 31, 2009 Putting the blame on avery? thats stupid! Why has he worked out fine in NY? sure as heck isn't because he's a different person.. It's because they have the personel to put him in line.
cusimano_brothers 1,655 Report post Posted May 31, 2009 From the link: The duo are remaining on the payroll in "positions that focus on their respective strengths," according to a news release. Hull will serve as executive vice president and alternate governor, while Jackson will return to his longtime role as director of scouting and player development. I wonder what the candidates who were turned down for these positions had to offer?
