I wasn't home for any of the game except the first two goals. I watched it when I got home and WOWZA!!!

I am so very proud of the Wings. Spouse said they never, ever let up.

And YOUR boy did just GREAT, so I'm happy for you too, along with the team.

One other thing I forgot to mention - I was listening to the game on XM radio and after about the third or fourth goal, one of the Columbus announcers said (pretty much) that the Wings were using them like a practice squad - and pretty much doing whatever they wanted with 'em.

My favorite stat: The Wings outscored the BJ's 7-1 at even strength yet *no* Red Wing finished better than +2 on the night. Talk about balance and everyone pitching in.

7 different Red Wings all getting their 3rd goals of the season was pretty fun as well.

Ever hear the quote "everything comes in 3's" like when you sneeze you almost always do it 3 times in a row. And its cool it ended up at 9 goals which is divisible by 3 and you get well, 3. 3's are the bee's knees.

And I played a game of cards in which my partner and I won in 3 rounds...

Great game, so fun to watch hockey when your team wins 9-1.

Leino is going to be a good player just needs to get some good luck and keep building his confidence.

Pulls Mason, puts backup in and Garon didn't do too bad, lets 1 goal in.

Then goes back to Mason and he lets in 3 more? Why put Mason back in ???

This game must have done wonders for Mason's stats.

Actually, he let in 5 more after he came back in the second.....but who's counting?
