I just got a Computer with Windows 7 starter edition and it does not let me set my own background. Is there any way to download something to allow this or am I just stuk with this blue background? But if that program works then it tells me that the one I posted originally should work as well. Anyway, here's the link to Stardock. I found something online about W7 starter edition where you can go in a change the code to be able to personalize backgrounds but I'm not that advanced when it comes to computers. hahaha.
