Rivalred 630 Report post Posted December 17, 2009 He needs to be a great player within the next two years, or the Wings are going down. I see you will never become a scout in the NHL That's a little dramatic, don't you think? Have to consider the source Harold.
Inultus 12 Report post Posted December 17, 2009 Glad to hear it's about the least of what it could have been. I've seen Ericsson make some really dumb plays, but for the most part he plays great and as has already been said he is still learning and I rarely see him make the same mistake twice, so I want him to get better and be back on the ice already! j.hoop 64 Report post Posted December 18, 2009 I feel like May should still beat Doan's ass the next time we play them. Obviously Doan is afraid of a beating from May or Lilja, which is why he's reaching out to apologize. i agree 100%. you must stick up for your team mates, whether doan meant to do that or not, it still happened and he deserves a good ass whooping for it. plz make him pay
CanadaBoy 151 Report post Posted December 21, 2009 Red Wings' Jonathan Ericsson has knee drained The initial estimate of Detroit Red Wings defenseman Jonathan Ericsson being out for two weeks appears overly optimistic. Ericsson, who a week ago sustained a deep bone bruise in his left knee and a strained calf muscle, had fluid from the knee drained and continues to limp around, unable to do much. "My whole leg from my knee down to my ankle is pretty swollen," Ericsson said. "I don't have that much motion right now. Got to work to get the swelling down and go from there." He said he'll likely have the knee drained again in the next couple of days. He doesn't consider this a setback, though. "Doctor told me it's a guess to say when we think you're going to be back; these things are so different from case to case,'' Ericsson said. "They said two-to-four weeks, probably." http://www.mlive.com/redwings/index.ssf/20...ricsson_ha.html
Zetts 236 Report post Posted December 21, 2009 Red Wings' Jonathan Ericsson has knee drained The initial estimate of Detroit Red Wings defenseman Jonathan Ericsson being out for two weeks appears overly optimistic. Meh, bad news on the injury front has become the norm for the Wings. I'd be more surprised if he'd come back on schedule.
