If the season ended today, Detroit would be 7th because they don't have as many wins as the other two. But, like you said, the Preds have played 1 more game than we have, so we'll be in 6th for tonight. I don't think so, espn.com and nhl.com show us having the tiebreaker over Nashville for 6th. Well NHL.com's isn't updated yet since they have us at 5th still.
