I thought matt barnaby was funny the first time I saw him fight, but the jokes getting old. I don't look down on him for not fighting fischer look at his eye!

I thought matt barnaby was funny the first time I saw him fight, but the jokes getting old. I don't look down on him for not fighting fischer look at his eye!
You just shouldn't start something you can't finish. Yes the cut didn't look good though.

Brashear wasn't a very good fighter yet at that time, and McCarthy was probably the best fighter in the league along with Twist and Simon.
It was a pretty good scrap up to that point, so I'm guessing Brashear was too gassed to continue fighting, because he wasn't really getting destroyed or anything.

Isn't Chris Simon in the KHL now?I think he left the NHL after the 2007-2008 season,if I remember correctly.

I was at Red Wings vs blackhawks a few weeks before Fischer's heart incident, and this time Barnaby dropped em and Fischer pounded him. lol

That doesn't surprise me. Barnaby was a clown and got stomped by just about everyone he tried to fight. Most ended with him pulling a turtle.
