took me a while to get used to my composite. at first it feels like it can break so easily but once you get used to it you notice a difference. I can shoot the puck 10x better with my composite than I ever could with my wood. the puck literally jumps of the blade when i shoot.

I've used an Easton Synergy SE6 for about a year now, no complaints. It's days are numbered, though.

Been using a Bauer ONE90 for about 3 years now, but the blade is getting weak. I've only ever used Bauer one-pieces and I've had excellent luck with them. The ONE90 is my 4th Bauer and all of them lasted at least a season except 1. One of them was actually a pro-stock Mark Mowers Vapor XXX and I loved the curve but obviously couldn't find more anywhere.

They do take getting used to. Even how not to break them. My first couple composites I broke almost immediately, but after I got comfortable with handling them I've had 2 now for over a year with no problems.

My first composite shaft was Easton Yzerman. I still have it but now I use blue Easton Synergy. Cheap and effective.

My first game with the ol' Dolomite saw me rip a shot past the goalie from the top of the face-off circle. Its the hardest shot I've taken since messing my wrist up a couple months ago.
