TheCaptain19 49 Report post Posted October 15, 2010 (edited) Tonight they showed a clip of Modano fielding questions in Dallas in his practice jersey. It looked like the logo was altered slightly.. I couldn't get a clear look at it. Did anyone else notice this, or did anyone DVR it to go back and look? I hope they aren't trying to update it or something.. The part that looked funny was the thick stripe that circles the inside of the tire. Maybe I'm wrong. EDIT: I got it. There is an extra stripe. The logo has been tweaked numerous times through the decades - I believe even at one point the colours were reversed. It's still fundamentally the same logo just with an extra stripe. Nothing necessarily wrong with it, but the tweaks don't add anything to the logo. Its like it got tweaked just because it hasn't been messed with in a while.
