i thought huds played a pretty good game last night. maybe because he now knows hes a lock on the team. but still, he had a couple nice dangles, i think he drew a penalty and looked like he put some hustle in. looked good on the pp too. im predicting a breakout in the next 3 games!!!

Why do you guys think hudler is struggling so much? He didn't seem to have a problem last year in Russia and the year before he did great with the wings

well its been over 2 weeks since i started this thread and im afraid lil Rex hasn't done much to support his case.

8 games on and he has just the 1 helper and is a -3 whilst ave just over 11mins a game, with pp time. I dont think

that Kenny will pull the trigger just yet, but its gotta be a concern for him. How long do they let this carry on?

Is there a team wholl trade with us? Maybe the Blue Jax are losing patience with Filatov, straight swap anyone? If

the Wings waived Jiri, would a team take a chance and cough up the $'s. The only thing we would gain there is nearly

$3m in cap space, which wouldnt be a bad thing. Bring up Mursak or Tatar for short spells, give them a taste of the

bigs. I really hope Rex can shake himself outta this funk and start putting up some numbers, another 1 point 8 game

stretch aint going to help him thou. Here's hoping he lights the lamp tonight against the Devs and kick starts the

rest of his season.

scratched v the Devs, if hes in the press box tonight v the Kings then I think the writing is on the wall. Off loading his cap hit to a team needing his scoring (tongue in cheek) and calling up Jan or Tomas would leave the Wings plenty of $ to play with come deadline day.

If Mike M has to call it a day too then the Wings really could make a big splash, over $4.5m could be very handy.

Agreed. Based on what we've seen of those two so far, this team performs better without them in the lineup. 4.5m doesn't sound too bad. Lets bring in a center for that third line.
