I've looked into this in the past because I thought it'd be awesome to have one. However it doesn't seem that any place will do it because of trademark infringment.

I don't really see why they would care. How would the NHL even find out if they did it for a couple customers now and again?

I found a place in Winnipeg (hometown) that will do it.

$600 bucks is pretty steep when the regular stuff is $140.

That's exactly what I want. $600 is cheap, but by the time I have enough money to buy a house with a nice room that can be converted into a man cave, I'd have enough to blow $600 on that. Then again, by that time something like would cost $20,000, haha.
