Hate to say it but Datsyuk had a rough night and was blowing defensive assignments all night.

Ken Holland: Hes (Mursak) a young guy, provides energy, can skate, hes a puck hound.

Ty played a hell of a game. I just wish they could've won it for him. He was awesome!

Rangers have a tough team. I'm proud of our guys. They bounced back well.

Well, I guess the line combos didn't help us get more goals tonight.

Where's blueadams when you need him?

Confused how a 3 on 3 coming into the zone can turn into a guy wide open top of the slot..sigh...

LGW after 1 loss is irrational, after a few in a row it becomes quite comical, 22 playoff appearances in a row and 4 cups in that time and still going strong. Relaxxxxx !!

gotta give them some confidence playing one of the best teams in the league without 6 regulars.

Even though it was a loss, it still was a heck of a game. Here's to the Wings carrying that same energy for the next few games and the playoffs!

It turned into a clinic. Tic-tac-goal.

The Rangers looked organized and cool in the offensive zone. The Wings looked jumpy and disorganized.

Cleary needs to be on the 4th line the rest of the season.

Get Mursak up one line and stop playing him with two useless players.

Night moral victories we still have lost five in a row and as frustrating as it is having so many players out, we still need to find a way to win.

Great game by Conklin - better solid effort all around. Must say, thats the worst game Ive ever seen Pavel Datsyuk play. Mishandling pucks, losing races, errant passes - and missing assignments on the backcheck (most notably the GWG). Ah well, its to be expected - even of a superfreak like Pav, a month off with put some rust on ya. 2 or 3 games Im sure hell be flying again.

Bert looked absolutley awful tonight too - just no chemistry on that line at all. That said, Zetterberg looked absolutely great and Nyquist performed well also.

You aren't alone. Many "fans" have jumped off the bandwagon a couple losses ago.

Much better than I expected, too bad for the loss.
