A classy player, great career, sad that it's ending but he does everything the right way. Cannot promote him enough.

I know he's rich, but not many people would still take out a full page ad just to say thanks. What a classy guy! :thumbup:

It shows he really cares about the fans.

It's amazing the difference in the class act that Nick is with something like this, compared to the classlessness of say Lebron James, who has a 1 hour show to announce where he is signing as a free agent....

Right here is why I am a Red Wings fan, because of players like him, and the class that the organization has as a whole...

The guy is the measuring stick for any athlete (or person for that matter) for what you should strive to be.
It's amazing how much clarity comes when you care more about the Red Wings than any individual player.
