Can the 2nd best league draft players from the pool that would normally go to the NHL? At this point, that would be interesting to see.

For example, Radek Faksa was drafted 13th overall in NHL draft and 7th overall in KHL draft. Not many Canadiens in KHL draft. Mostly Russians and Europeans.

Thtats cause the KHL is mostly Russian league with some Europeans paid a ton of bucks but it provides more stability for them instead of being locked out every 5 years.

...and keeps them from having to play those dirty Canadians!
