Your opinion  begs the obvious question: why are you still here?

If we take Anaheim to game 7, shouldnt we be happy?

If we win, sure. If not, no. Moral victories are for losers.

But game 7 was at home.

And we had Boyd Deveraux on that team.

We also had Mathieu Dandenault, who would be probably be the 3rd best defensemen on this team right now if he suited up.

Can't clear the zone yet again.

Haunted them all night and really most of the series so far.

The five minute PP failure and Getzlaf goal after changed the game entirely. Wings had them on the ropes and the momentum instead went back to the Ducks.

The Red Wings will respond on Friday and force this to seven games.

What makes me really sad is that Jimmy played outstanding and gave us a real chance to win it. And we blew it, like professionals. There better be some changes in our lineup come Game 6 (but there won't be any).

except Abby back in Sammy back out

try to get something by me i dare you

Either way, I will be here. Point being is that if Detroit plays another game like this they'll be eliminated. As much as I'd like to be a homer I try to look at things as realistic as possible. I want them to pull it out in this series as much as you.

You could say the same thing about the Ducks. This game could have gone either way.

LOL.

You never stop trolling with this bandwagon crap do you?

Sharks bus?

Just as the negative nancys never stop with calling a series lost after their team goes down 3-2.  Adversity is what makes sports great.  I certainly wish I could crap all over the Wings when they go down in a series or lose a game, but I just can't do it.

Quit attacking each other and focus on the game.

They can pull out two wins under pressure. But Game 7 is on a Sunday...don't we have a terrible record on Sundays?

They Hung in there, I'd say each team dominated half the game. Had a bad feeling, Lashoff and Kindl were atrocious. Ericsson, Kronwall and Quincey were great. Smith okay.

Inexperience is showing under Anaheim's forecheck, though. Bertuzzi's controlling the play down by the net so that's good, too.

What more can be said? It was a back and forth high flying game. Move on to the next one and persevere.

Still question putting emmerton and eaves out for the end of that PP. Should used a timeout and gotten the top line out there... Man I hate these west coast OT games cause I go to bed all pissy. Seeya friday.

Kind of a lucky win for the Ducks. First goal that finds it's way trough 6-7 Players, two or three shots at the post by Detroit. Good News is we're still alive so lets win this game 6 then beat them at home again. Given the performance tonight the guys are absolutly capable of that.

these idiots should be embarrassed.

team full of losers.

I'm confused, which team are you a fan of?

We like our team.

That literally never gets old.

This forum is pretty sad sometimes,

The game went downhill momentum-wise after that 5 min penalty kill.  Anyhow, time to win the next two.

Boyd Devereaux drew a very important penalty that one time...

Babcock likes leaving timeouts on the board. I don't get it. I've noticed he only saves them to use for icings.

That's exactly what I was thinking. The 2nd unit was out over a minute the big boys should have been good to go
