You should have bought them last year.  Last year's purchases are still valid (that's when I bought mine).

I tried but "She Who Must Be Obeyed" wanted to add it to the honeymoon fund once it got cancelled and not wait a year lol.

Lol...have one of them myself.

To be honest though, SWMBO was right. I'd rather go on a real vacation with muh lady than go to the Classic anyway. I had several chances to purchase tickets and only seriously thought about it last year, before the NHL ruined the specialness by schedule 40 more outdoor games. Plus, I'm not to thrilled about watching the game in that stadium....bad tickets mean you'd be better off watching the game on a tv above a urinal. Ill be happy to see everything up close and personal on TV. I do want to attend one of the OHL/AHL games at Comerica though...if anyone has extra tickets I could purchse, let me know. achildress111@gmail.com

If I might so bold to suggest it, this thread could use, in a colour-appropriate way, a:

@RLenziBlade: NHL rep says it will put down 107,000 seat cushions for the #winterclassic.

@RLenziBlade: And, guess what, fans can take home the #winterclassic seat cushions

Free seat cushions!?!  No way!  I hope they give us some at Comerica for the other games.  Or are those seats actually comfortable?

If its as cold as today you wont need a seat cushion. Your backside will be numb already so you wont feel a thing.

Will be over from Scotland on the 26th for all the games at Comerica and the WC before catching games in Toledo and the Griffins out at Rockford on my way home. Was all set for last year with flights etc booked so had to alter my plans to become an OHL/AHL road trip.

June 4th 2008 The Igloo - A date with Stanley - now how do I top that road trip ?

Hopefully they're playing a bit better when you get here. Although the last two were decent games.

So anyhow, I scan ahead on both FSD & FSD+ and cannot find ANY listings for the AHL game OR the Alumni Games...I have Charter Communications and have both channels...I found the College games, but cannot find the ones I REALLY want....

The only thing I find is on NHL Network on the 31st at the same times, but it says Alumni Game Philly vs. Rangers...ugh!
