Ducks have been forechecking from the start of the series but these idiots csnt figure this s*** out... Efing unbelievable.

Absolutely disappointed with his season so far. He's been a lot better the past handful of games, but that doesn't make up for the rest of the year.

Boo to all these teams for "trading away the future" in order to improve now. What a bunch of suckers these guys are. They all need to take a lesson from Holland and do the only reasonable thing, stand pat with an aging team that hasn't been competitive since 2009. Stand pat, it's the wave of the future.
Everyone knows that games are played in the future, not the present!

Exactly.
The AHL doesn't prepare these kids for the NHL like it once did. The only way to prepare for the NHL is to play in the NHL. Look at Ericsson's improvement while being in the NHL.
Had Smith played in the NHL last year he would be leaps and bounds better than today. The Wings used to be too good for rookies to crack the lineup. I just don't see that as a viable excuse anymore.

It's hard for this team to get a win streak going. They play well for a game or two. Then they play terrible.

In all seriousness he has 5 points and is +8 in 16 games. Those are solid numbers. He's been great the past 8 or so games.
It's odd how the biggest question mark has turned out to be the best asset for the team. The D is playing hard and (mostly) smart. The offense needs to catch up.
