skyphoenix 153 Report post Posted January 22, 2010 Didn't autographs used to be free? These are run by the store DC Sports itself, so they charge fees. When I went and met Leino and Helm, the money was going to a charity. I don't know about this time though.
Guest DatsyukianDeke13 Report post Posted January 22, 2010 is there a website or something that says when red wings players are doing stuff like this?
b-random 0 Report post Posted January 22, 2010 I'm assuming the money goes to charity. Is that true? Otherwise, $15/$20 for a Filppula autograph is ridiculous. Nothing against him, but he's not a superstar or a hall of famer. I few years back I got Zetterberg's autograph for the price of a cheap ass smoke detector, that was pretty cool. CenterIce 83 Report post Posted January 22, 2010 is there a website or something that says when red wings players are doing stuff like this? No, I keep bookmarks of places around that have signings and check them from time-to-time. I signed up for DC Sports e-mail list to be notified, but I never have received an e-mail, but others have said they have.

I will definitely keep you posted with as much as I find out. I think I got the text because the Saginaw store is my 'home' store. It's the best guess I can muster. CenterIce 83 Report post Posted January 27, 2010 (edited) Little late for that one unfortunately. Thanks for noticing. I took it out of my original post, so no one gets confused. I just did a big copy and paste. It also makes me wonder about the Lidstrom signing, because no year is listed. I think it is current, but I guess if you plan on dropping something off, call ahead.
