I just wanna say I love Joseph Veleno. He's a cornerstone young player on this team. The future for many years. He's that important and I LOVE watching him play. I love Joe probably more than Joe's parents love Joe. But - and just hear me out on this - what if another GM gave you their TOP offer on him? I'm talking Brad Treliving calls you personally from his DOWNTOWN Toronto office and says to you "Joe Veleno is my TOP guy, I gotta have him. Name your price". Now, and don't get me wrong, I hate Brad T, and all those slimy Leaf fuqqs. I hate them more than Israel hates Palestine. More than Commie hates Babs.... but if Brad calls and give you his TOP offer right out the gate... can you really say no to that? I mean we're talking a Gretskiy level deal here. Multiple 1st rounders, futures, untouchable roster players, pallets of cash. But you gotta watch Joe move to Toronto and go TOTAL BEAST MODE for the Leafs and probably kickoff their dynasty. Do you really want to give them that at any price? IDK, it's something we probably have to have a family talk about if we drop this next game to the B's. That would be 3 in a row losses for us.
