That's why we should have gotten him. May as well add some excitement to the JLA. Same stale lineup, plus a Tootoo and Scott to make games somewhat entertaining. God knows we have the cap space, now that we've been shot down by the two douches.

Basically, Parise and Suter are gayer than Ryu and Ken, and they wanted to play together. I doubt they'd have anything against Babcock.

There's talk that Van Persie wants out of Arsenal.......... Different sport, but I'd still take him based on what a disaster today has been for the Wings.

Makes sense, but that's been going on for many years now. Last season, they finally got over all that and made a deep playoff run. Seems like strange timing to want to bolt now.

Why would Doan want to play in Detroit? He's been in Phoenix his whole career, and they now have a better team than we do. His chances of winning the Cup are likely better there.

Think of it this way. You've been turned down by the hottest girls at the bar, and now you're angry and desperate. So you turn your attention to overrating someone else at the bar, in order to get something out of the night. That's what Holland is going to do now that Suter and Parise have turned Detroit down. We don't have a choice if we want to be good next season.

Yeah, Suter can't think for himself apparently. I don't want to wish serious injury on Parise, but I will anyway. -
Should have done it during the deadline probably. Who do we trade? Flip or Franzen? Then we'll have one less person at that same roster spot. With all that cap space, we need to sign big names, not to make trades. Now that we're screwed, we may as well sign the plan B options.

It'll be tough making the playoffs with this lineup, that's for sure. And that's providing we don't get hit with injuries. The defense doesn't look deep at all.
