So far I've heard Sammy is Holmstrom's replacement? If so that works for me, even if it's is at this salary, he is one of my most "hated" wings of all time but feel he's a massive upgrade over Holmer at this point in their careers.

Why does everyone forget about Big Bert? Even with Tootoo out there (who I love by the by so this is sweet!) Big Bert is the most intimidating dude we have by far.

I enjoy the part of Holland that doens't get caught up with the Flavor's of who's available and overspend, because sometimes it just get's sad. I will miss happy, he stepped up for us in a big way enough for me to tip the cap that's for sure. As a lot of peep's here have said I hope he has a healthy career here on out. The amount however seem's a little low tbh so Im leaning towards he doesnt feel 100%. Crosby is bar none the best player in the game when healthy so either he's feeling a little worried about his longevity or is so egotistical that he REALLY, really loves his number...

Kinda surprised by the one year deal here. He's been with the organiztion for 5 years, grantied he played a total of 5 games in his first 2 years but he won 3, lost 1 and had 1ot. It's just the amount of praise they've touted throughout the last 5 years..."We think your great kid, you give us just as much a shot to win as Thomas, we truely believe that...but were just going to try it for a year until Tim get's back ok" ? Not a one and done, but not a dynasty either imo. They have a great team but more then anything clicked ALL at the right time. The stars only align every so often, great team yes but lady luck doesn't always come back right away.
