  2. 11/27 GDT : Edmonton Oilers at Red Wings, 7:30 EST

Have the edmonton feed and they were whining about the kronwall hit "being predatory for the purpose of making a statement." eh?
  3. 4-1 1st rd exit best thing for Wings

True. On the same note I was thinking if nick retires then they really gotta get crazy and change the face Of the team but maybe that's a bit too much at once. One weak season doesn't make Detroit a place people dont wanna play but they have to make it clear that they are trying to add significant young talent- may need suter to get Parise and vice versa ?
  4. What's Kenny Holland's Offseason Plan?

Kenny Holland's offseason plan: Keep sucking dick and signing a bunch of s***ty hockey players. He's good at them both
  5. Dan Cleary openly admits to being at 50%

although i posted the original non-opioid thing, I agree with you- but its not a sure thing. When i was on percocet after my ankle surgery it didnt affect me too much. helped keep the pain down so i could sleep or function otherwise.
  6. Dan Cleary openly admits to being at 50%

actually it was dumb to put the last 2 or 3 on the list i posted, but my point is that 'pain meds' doesn''t mean he's on oxycontin out there. although that would explain some things too. all of the opiates above are synthetics, the latter 2 having way different purposes and he'd have to be on injured reserve before ever getting near those. Buprenorphine is usually used for detox-type situations

eh? Cyclobenzaprine Indomethacin Diclofenac (maybe shouldnt count ) Gabapentin Lidocaine patches And others.
  8. Crosby

If he's not, who is? I've got pav goggles as much as anyone but realistically.. uh
  9. Call the team out

No chance this is true, they're lucky to be where they are now thanks to jimmy and an insane home streak
  10. 3/13 GDT : Red Wings 2 at Kings 5

  11. Kronwall Destroys Voracek

  12. Post-TDT: Red Wings stand pat, no additions

Me too/either. We've become spoiled with our expectations but , with reason. And I'd rather miss the playoffs on occasion but have better runs at the cup due to making some changes. My yearly post, thank you.

  14. going to first live game!

Hey - i dont hang around here much, so - sorry bout the late reply. My "good source" is a friend who was visiting for a completely different reason, wound up staying at the same hotel, meeting/hanging out with most of the swedes and a few of the others at the pool, the lazy river, the poolside bar etc. during the day / afternoon.. got autographs and pics. It was the Desert Ridge JW Marriott. obviously I'd have no way of knowing where they'd stay this year but even if you end up there, and they don't, you can't lose- pretty nice digs. anyway I forgot the Camelback resort is now a JW marriott too.. so be sure you dont end up there (although it's pretty nice itself) Have fun, it's always a wings home game in the desert mdt
  15. 11/19 GDT : Red Wings 4 at Kings 1

I'd be beyond shocked about ericcson. No way unfortunately after that contract. Unfortunately he's an "investment" and supposed to improve over the next eternity, because he hasn't had ample time yet.. What a joke. I WISH they would try putting him on waivers. Commie at a million bucks isn't so bad honestly.. Someone might grab that...? Or perhaps we could play him? If ericsson can play, why not let smith develop in the NHL? He can't do much worse
