no way he comes here. Holland doesn't blow anyone out of the water. He's my favorite non Red Wing but being in the same division just would be too much for Howson to accept and trade the face of their franchise to a division rival.

call me crazy but I wouldn't be too disappointed if we let both of them walk. I don't see what Abdelkader brings to this team that is all that important.we'll probably resign Quincey due to already losing Lidstrom and Start.

what i dont understand is why the ENTIRE realignment got thrown away. For negiotiating leverage? I just want hockey and a realignment that works for everybody.

Murry is a former Blue Jacket who bounced between the NHL and AHL. I think he is a serviceable plugger. However I do not know how he fits in our roster.

I never once understood a player growing up in a given area as a compelling reason to play for a sports team. With that said, I'd venture my opinion and say were MUCH more likely to sign suter than parise.

So does anyone think in their right kind that if/when the Devils win the Choice that Parise is going anywhere? he's been absolutely huge for them in the playoffs. I know they're having financial issues but they would need to do whatever they needed to in order to retain their captain and best player alongside Kovalchuk
