She's probably the daughter of someone in that picture.
Besides one, and his name eludes me now, no European players showed up for the draft, which is why the teams just went to the stage and held up the jersey.

I believe both Kopitar and Bergfors attended the draft. They play for the same team in Sweden.

If you watched the Draft that is actually a boy with long blonde hair who held the jersey up for Kindl because he didn't attend the draft ... yes, that is a boy not a girl lol

Kopitar didn't, but Bergfors did. Hanzal also showed up.
