Elshupacabra 0 Report post Posted January 15, 2008 So I got these shoes yesterday that I ordered online and when they got here, they looked fine and they felt fine to wear except, when I took one off I noticed that the insole part of the shoe was not glued down at all, I looked at the other one and it is glued down in the front but the heel isn't. So do I return these shoes and hope I get a pair that was put together correctly or do I live with the minor inconvenience (maybe) of having unglued insoles? So, what would YOU do? I would email (or call) the place that you ordered them from and tell them what is going on with them. see what they tell you. Most likely they will tell you to send them back and they will send you a new pair. It shouldnt cost you anything either since they should pay for all the new shipping and handeling and stuff. Or they will tell you that thats how they make them and to live with it haha

I called Zappos, and they are probably the coolest company I have ever dealt with. Not only did the give me free overnight shipping when I originally ordered the shoes, but when I called and told them what was wrong they said that they would send me a new pair. He said he would make sure that there wasn't any problems with the new pair. Then when I asked him about returning the defective shoes he said, "Keep em' its costing us $25 to overnight these new shoes to you and it would cost us $25 to send you a return label so you could return them." So I got a free pair of shoes! Go Zappos.com!!
Flip-check 6 Report post Posted January 15, 2008 Nice! Glad they didn't give you a hassle over it 'Shup. Oops. I just remembered that a friend of mine has tickets tonight.
