Hahaha I'm pretty sure nobody had any anti-britain sentiments (the Revolutionary War is long since past ) I think Izzy was just making a rather smashing joke. I agree with OsGOD that phrases like perfectly sexy things and yanks are kinda British, but you would be even more fantastic and awesome if number 5 was reversed and even expanded to include phrases like "old bean" and "blimey."
