Uh oh...that's no fun. The best thing to do is take out the piercings and clean the area with rubbing alcohol. Don't sleep on that side. If it hurts and/if you have a fever take some Tylenol. Is it warm to touch?

The Tylenol will help a lot. If you don't have any...just get any acetaminophen. It will help with the pain and the warmth. It sounds like a little abscess. Don't worry, it will go away. Just keep it clean. The headache is related to all this stuff. The Tylenol will help with that too.
