Basicly its stupid fish so it eats too much and becomes constipated resulting in gases building up in its swim bladder meaning it basically cant swim. Ive only ever had one fish recover from swim bladder...the only way to make it better is to feed it a single skinless pea. Not feeding it at all can also work but the pea acts as a laxative. My mom went to the pet store and got medicine, but it was too late and the fish died. Just drop a whole carton of GasEX in the tank... that should do the trick. Haha we should have tried that. I find this strange because A. I know I turned the TV off last night when I went to bed. and B.I haven't watched the Olympics for more then half a sec when flipping through the channels so I have no idea how it would even get on that channel. I think Michael Phelps™ is stalking me. EDIT: If I suddenly disappear or start sending you guys swimming related text messages/emails, probably should do... something? Lidstromrules16 7 Report post Posted August 19, 2008 I coined the nickname "midas" for Micheal Phelps (at least I havent heard anyone else say it) referring to King Midas cause everything he touches is gold, and Phelps has like a gazillion gold medals now soooo. I as that everyone now refer to Micheal Phelps as Micheal "Midas" Phelps, and hopefully we will be hearing the Olympic announcers calling him that in 4 years. That would be epic.
