Make up for it by pulling a triple-lane change in front of a semi so as not to miss your exit. Norfolk on the other hand has the most passive-aggressive bastards I've ever seen. On the drive home today: I'm behind a sloowwwwwwwww Coke delivery truck and a minivan. I pull to the next lane to pass the pair. Minivan, after having driven behind the Coke truck for a couple minutes already, decides me passing is unacceptable and cuts me off to also pass the Coke truck. Minivan passes Coke truck, and then, with no car in front of her, slows down and stays just enough in front of the Coke truck so that I can't get in front of the truck and then go around the minivan. Almost every time I go somewhere I get cut off or someone goes whizzing past me at 40 in a 25 zone when I'm already speeding. There's cops everywhere too.
