Lizz, how dare you make me hungry this late at night! I envy your skillet skills. Was it hard to make the sushi?

it is really easy actually, just takes awhile. You have to make the rice, then let it cool. then you have to cut up all the stuff for inside, then rolllllll it all up and cut it! haha. I think its still less time consuming then making Ragoons. those things take for-ev-er!

I did. along with seaweed haha. it rolled a lot easier than I thought it would

Did you dip the knife in water just before you cut? Supposed to make things easier...I forget why though. But it looks good!

are you the Sushi master? :P haha I ran it under the faucet, and it does make it so much easier. It sticks to the rice otherwise

possibly. I may need to ask what type of soup compliments what main dish. Or I might just need to know what all is in a Twinkie. It could be a variety of things

If you ever want to save a few bucks, what they sell as "sushi rice" here is usually just medium-grain arborio. $1 a pound in bulk.

I will have to look into that. They said that we should have used sushi rice seasoning too. But didnt see that until I was already home. so oh well haha

Sushi sounds really good. There should be a :facepalm: smiley...
