Josmer Altidore scored the two goals for U.S. USA finished first in their group with 7 points and move on Poland drew with Korea 1-1 and Poland finished second in the group with 4 points. The 18-year-old is once again catching the eye of scouts from all over the world, as he lights up the World Under 20 Championship in Canada. Adu trained with Manchester United last year and was widely expected to link up with The Red Devils, or Chelsea - who have also been monitoring him very closely. However, a move has not yet materialised and Celtic could take advantage, and they are planning talks with Motzkin. Celtic will meet with Motzkin next week when they are due in Denver for a pre-season friendly against a Major League Soccer All-Star team. "Celtic are coming out for the MLS All-Stars game next week and I'll be there," Motzkin told the Scottish Sun. "Freddy could be there if the USA get knocked out of the World Cup but for the country's sake I hope that's not the case. "My sole reason for going to the All-Stars game isn't to speak to Celtic - but some might say it would be a good time to talk if both parties are in the same place. "Freddy has always said he wants to go to Europe at some stage in his career and any player would have a lot of respect for a club like Celtic. I'm not expecting a top six-finish anymore,solid (12th or something like that) & a scandal free-season would do. But I sure want Bates out (next summer) !
