Zetter is Better 0 Report post Posted April 16, 2007 I heard this a while back that when Avery was still a King (right before he was traded) that Avery and Shawn Thorton got into it when they were working out and Avery kicked a medicine ball at Thorton, hitting him in the hand and breaking it? Kp-Wings 3 Report post Posted April 16, 2007 The only thing I heard was that both of them were fooling around in the locker room after a practice, and somehow Avery broke Thorntons hand. And I'd have been pissed if it really was Shawn, because Shawn Thornton is one of my favorite non-Wings.
