The game will go into double OT and won’t end till 3am Funny, the Flames-Loyal do just as much bitching about the (gasp) 4pm starts!! .. but, in kindness, most are still at WORK when the games start there! I think you would see the majoirty of wings fans have not been expecting them to quit. We Red WIngs fans have long memories, and the last three seasons are sitll very fresh in our mind. Also can we please treat the new Calgary fans with some respect? We have alot more who contribute intelligently to out topics than one's like that wings_suck_ballz loser. Vladifan 680 Report post Posted April 18, 2007 As hopeful as I am about Bertuzzi returning, I'm equally scared that he's not going to bring the hunger that the other players are brining. In what games he did play in after he returned, he seemed like he was coasting for alot of the time, and was in no particular hurry to win small battles and what not. It was never until he actually got the puck before he stepped it up. Also, I read somewhere that Babcock wasn't convinced he was ready to play in game 2, and thats why he wasn't in the lineup. Now, the article didn't say whether Babcock was referring to his health or his hunger, but it did worry me. Hey, gang: I'm brand new here, but I've been a Wings fan for over 10 years. As for Bertuzzi and Babcock, maybe Babs is playing a Bowman-type mind game with Bertuzzi. Maybe he wants him really fired up when he does play again. Who knows?
