Flip-check 6 Report post Posted April 26, 2007 (edited) The Rangers are my hopes for that series, we'll see if they can pull it out in the next few games. They really got lit up with that quick bag of goals though. XXV overtimes for Vancouver and Anaheim? It is a Game 1 for Van, after all. I'm putting my bet on it. Grateful Gadsby 10 Report post Posted April 26, 2007 Would be hilarious to see the 'Nucks take out Burke's Duckies. He'd probably become completely unhinged.
Never_Retire_Steve 35 Report post Posted April 26, 2007 Vancouver has been in complete control so far, how about that passing play by the Sedins
arnoldbuck 0 Report post Posted April 26, 2007 Would be hilarious to see the 'Nucks take out Burke's Duckies. He'd probably become completely unhinged. Actually I'd like to see the opposite. I dont know if I wanna face the Ducks anymore than Van next round. But I really didnt like how Van handled the Burke situation. He actually helped to bring Van out of the 'joke' status of the league. Then he went on to Anahiem to do the same. I'd cheer for Burke over his Nucks. Just to rub it in their faces.

Heroes of Hockeytown 694 Report post Posted April 26, 2007 Harry Neale wonders aloud, "Has any other team sported two Norris winning defensemen at the same time (as Anaheim does)?" Well... Lidstrom, Chelios... I'd say so. Also, tie game. Andy McDonald.

dicksmack 33 Report post Posted April 26, 2007 Ducks/Nucks series is a mere 4 and half minutes old and the Nucks already have a 5 on 3 from a ticky-tack second call---get used to it Duckies, somehow deal with it, and win please... I'd cheer for Burke over his Nucks. Just to rub it in their faces. I agree that he's done a pretty good job at both places, and there is no questioning his skill as a GM. That said, I still have a hard time liking the guy after the Wings-'Nucks series in '02, when he held a press conference whining about the officiating in a manner that made him look/sound like a ten year-old.
