Viperar 16 Report post Posted July 3, 2007 I was wondering that too. I'd say that Kopecky would if Rafalski wanted it, but do you think he wants it that much? Anyone know if he used a different number on other teams? i like your avatar
Kp-Wings 3 Report post Posted July 3, 2007 Yes, he should get it. Kopecky can have #82. See, everyone wins!
joshy207 156 Report post Posted July 4, 2007 Its a seniority thing, not necessarily seniority with a team but with the league, if Rafalski wants the number it is his, Kopecky doesnt have much say in the matter. No... Kopecky plays for the team, so he has #28... Rafalski can ask him for it and Kopecky can either say yes or no... or Kopecky can simply offer the number to Rafalski. sverige 0 Report post Posted July 4, 2007 I don't mean just in the nhl, I meant during college and stuff too. he was #3 with wisconsin so maybe if kopecky won't give up #28 he'll ask lils for #3? just keeding...if wearing #28 has any significance to rafalski i'm sure he'll get it...in a classy way...i don't think he's the type of guy who would demand another player's number just because he has more nhl years...the organization may even just automatically switch it for him?
