...so I guess that leaves Comrie, Hall & Guerin...

I hope we sign one of them :crazy:

I mean come on we have 9million and we havent went after really anyone.

LAME. I know we need Hasek, but we certainly aren't spending that much money on his greedy ass.

I would like to see Guerin on the Wings, I think he would help us out, I know hes not a huge guy, but he was a 30+ goal scorer last year with the Blues/Sharks.

Personally, I don't like treating the trade deadline as an ace in the hole. Not that I'm panicking or anything, but I think the energy and tenacity required to pull of a great trade would actually kill Holland.

I think he did a good job getting Bertuzzi this year. It was a gamble - didn't really help or hurt our playoff run - but we didn't lose much for him anyways. It's not like any of the teams who made a big trade at the deadline outdid themselves in the playoffs anyways (ie Nashville, Forsberg, out in the first). This team will be a contender in March and Holland will make some kind of move to improve our chances - we might not need much anyways - who knows right now....
