Flip-check 6 Report post Posted July 20, 2007 ********** SPOILER ALERT ************** 1. DETROIT 2. SAN JOSE 3. CALGARY 4. VANCOUVER 5. DALLAS 6. COLOs***O AVS Anaheim will crack the top four, zero doubt there. Calgary's actually closer to Colorado in the 6 (LUCKY) to 8 (probable) seeds. And this ain't a big deal, but I hate when people say stuff like "Anaheim phucks" or "Colos***o avs". I dig giving a team a good ribbing, but that's just so 4th grade and not even clever. Guest jaytan Report post Posted July 26, 2007 Yeah, I had to stretch my brain into a rubbery sheet of paper just to come up with any new playoff teams in the East. Seems like the Rangers are almost a consensus pick for the East around here.

Drake_Marcus 890 Report post Posted July 26, 2007 especially since we've got 2 road trips in the 1st month of the season Good. The boys need to learn to do as well on the road as they do in the Joe. Specifically- they need to learn to get over the "western Canada" road trip hump.

Drake_Marcus 890 Report post Posted July 27, 2007 Just making sure, this IS a joke, correct? Like everyone who thinks NY is going to be better then Pitt isn't a joke? Give me a break. Just because NY went back to its "here's a pile of cash- please play here" ways this summer doesn't mean they've got a chance to beat Sid's gang of retardedly stacked talent-fiesta lines. And I don't see Ottawa's level of play diminishing much either. Remember- they blew the start of last season and still managed a respectable showing. Lastly- I'm shocked anyone honestly thinks Nashville and Buffalo are going to disappear because they lost key players. Neither team is likely to drop out of the top 7 in their conference with the level of young talent they have left.
BeeRYCE 2 Report post Posted July 27, 2007 Like everyone who thinks NY is going to be better then Pitt isn't a joke? Well that's the least thing that caught my eyes. Take a gander at his post, Isles over the Pens seems to be most likely scenario.

evil204 4 Report post Posted July 27, 2007 Well, I think next year will be the Red Wings' year. Shanny will lead his Rangers to the top spot in the East. Lang will help Chicago win our division, with Fedorov and the Bluejackets coming in second. Detroit, of course, will be 3rd. Schneider and the Ducks will win their division, finishing 2nd in the West after failing to shut down the unstoppable Lang in 4 games against the Blackhawks. Dang I'm good. I should work for Versus.
