Just having him out there skating, watching over our guys and ready to deal out some righteous punishment to wrongdoers is probably enough to get rid of some of the more obvious gooning/headhunting. Still surprises me (and not in a good way) that some players feel the need to harm one of our players even with a lead. Just makes the whole team look bad, IMO.
