tazzer82 0 Report post Posted January 3, 2008 Gotta love the Ozzie chants. I'm sure he's smiling under his mask hearing that. Was it another save like the one against the Dives all those years ago?

NeverForgetMac25 483 Report post Posted January 3, 2008 (edited) Has anyone else noticed that Kronner has made like 3 ill timed turnovers so far? I have. He definitely still has those Jr mistakes on a consistent basis. But I will say he's progressed each season. edicius 3,269 Report post Posted January 3, 2008 Gotta love the Ozzie chants. I'm sure he's smiling under his mask hearing that. Was it another save like the one against the Dives all those years ago? Yeah, kinda. It was one of those flying leaps. Ozzie was going around behind the net to handle the puck, but it bounced off a strange spot in the dasher before it got to him and went right to a Dallas player. Ozzie took a flying leap toward the goal and made the save. Might have been going wide, but it was a beauty nonetheless.

Chase 0 Report post Posted January 3, 2008 Just got here. Have the Stars even shown up for this game? It sounds and looks like it's been all Wings so far? Yeah they have, its been a pretty tight game thus far. Both goalies making some good saves and both teams getting good chances. But the wings are on top where it counts, 2-0 at the end of two. puckloo39 5,686 Report post Posted January 3, 2008 Just got here. Have the Stars even shown up for this game? It sounds and looks like it's been all Wings so far? yeah, they're trying. Missing Zubov on D, he's the backbone like Lids is for the Wings. It shows. Otherwise, the Wings look considerably better than they did on New Year's Eve (understatement). Datsyukian Geek 2 Report post Posted January 3, 2008 Looking good after 40 minutes! Certainly good to see Z back in the lineup AND not slowed up in his return. Don't wanna jinx it, but it looks like we'll be starting the new year off right tonight, knock on wood! *taps head three times*

We all know they won't show anything on espn after the game, so I want to see Ozzie save the goal from going in. Crowd was sure loving it.

esteef 2,679 Report post Posted January 3, 2008 Is it just me, or does Chelios always look tired??? Not like, his play, but his face, his face either looks upset or tired......its kinda humorous I noticed that too. Like the old "I'm too old for this s***" kind of attitude. I want to know what he said to Ott when it looked like he wanted to go. Ott immediately started laughing and the situation was difused. Something like "don't be the guy that beats up the oldest player in the league!" Cheers! esteef
