tazzer82 0 Report post Posted January 3, 2008 Damn it all, radio announcers for the Wings had to keep saying that Ozzie stopped every shot he faced...now look what they caused to happen. Ah well, still a good game and a reason to get another goal.

NeverForgetMac25 483 Report post Posted January 3, 2008 (edited) I have more than one opinion, Mac. Which one were you referring to? Dom was injured and played the first few weeks out of kilter because of it. He got a bad start , some bad luck, and now is slowly gaining ground. Meanwhile some Red Wings fans are ready to write him off the first week of January. Sad. But as you say, that's the NHL, I guess. When the Wings don't show up in front of Ozzie one time, I will have more faith in the theory that **** happens. Turco? Still there??? Nashville. And don't even get me started about last season. I understand the unfair criticisms Red Wings goalies get, but I do feel that the loyalists of both sides make way too many comments like this, and IMO they are baseless.
