Maggie's predictions

Maggie hasn't been too accurate over the past couple years. Basically gained fame when she picked the Ducks over the Wings in '03, since then, the predictions haven't been as accurate.

yes, but, her track record is still better then most of the talking heads on NBC/ESPN/TSN/etc, and for the most part, she is smarter then them when it comes to hockey....

I can't believe people would ever put stock into nonsense like this, or even give it airtime.

Geez, I wonder who Patrick Swayze thinks will win the Stanley Cup? That might affect whether I watch the playoffs or not.

I'd value George Costanza's opinion. :)

Maggie must really be looking forward to the Flames/Sharks series the way she whipped that wheel around. Reminded of the losers on Price is Right who'd always try to be big and bad by spinning it as hard as they could.

That'd be great if they played that song whenever he dropped the gloves. I don't know why, but for some reason I'd think it would be cool.

I don't give a crap about her predictions all I know is that I ain't gonna work on Maggie's farm no more.

No, I ain't gonna work on Maggie's farm no more. Well, I wake in the morning, Fold my hands and pray for rain. I got a head full of ideas That are drivin' me insane. It's a shame the way she makes me scrub the floor. I ain't gonna work on Maggie's farm no more.

Well, if anyone cares, today's NJ Star-Ledger picked the Wings to win in four.

I don't know Ledger, but Dreger probably predicts the same.

Yeah that song was the first thing I thought of too. Gotta love Bob.

BTW - she's 68 but says she's 24.
