BeeRYCE 2 Report post Posted April 9, 2008 Maggie hasn't been too accurate over the past couple years. Basically gained fame when she picked the Ducks over the Wings in '03, since then, the predictions haven't been as accurate.
Shaman 713 Report post Posted April 9, 2008 (edited) yes, but, her track record is still better then most of the talking heads on NBC/ESPN/TSN/etc, and for the most part, she is smarter then them when it comes to hockey.... GMRwings1983 8,803 Report post Posted April 9, 2008 I can't believe people would ever put stock into nonsense like this, or even give it airtime. Geez, I wonder who Patrick Swayze thinks will win the Stanley Cup? That might affect whether I watch the playoffs or not.

Lou_Siffer 1 Report post Posted April 9, 2008 Maggie must really be looking forward to the Flames/Sharks series the way she whipped that wheel around. Reminded of the losers on Price is Right who'd always try to be big and bad by spinning it as hard as they could. I can't believe people would ever put stock into nonsense like this, or even give it airtime. Geez, I wonder who Patrick Swayze thinks will win the Stanley Cup? Third Man In 2,091 Report post Posted April 9, 2008 I can't believe people would ever put stock into nonsense like this, or even give it airtime. I feel the same way about Barry Melrose's predictions. Though Maggie's are more accurate.

I don't know why, but for some reason I'd think it would be cool.

BeeRYCE 2 Report post Posted April 9, 2008 (edited) Well, if anyone cares, today's NJ Star-Ledger picked the Wings to win in four. I don't know Ledger, but Dreger probably predicts the same. Edited April 9, 2008 by BeeRYCE
