Dallas played a tremendous game. Game one was just the Ducks not showing up. But this was about Dallas taking their best punch and not flinching. The Ducks really seized control of the game in the second half of the second period, but the Stars regrouped and took it back.

I picked Anaheim to win this series, but only because Zubov was out. So far, the Stars haven't missed him. Dallas is the toughest matchup for Anaheim, for whatever reason. I still can't really put my finger on it. But whatever happens now, it's potentially good for the Wings if they advance. If the Ducks are eliminated, then the one team I was really concerned about is out of the picture. If the Ducks come back and win the series, then at least this will have been a long, draining series for them.

I wish I could have watched the Ducks lose again. I can't get enough of that. Good move by Burke to get rid of Bryzgalov for nothing. Giguere's 4.5 GAA is just what you need this time of year. Maybe Hiller can carry them if Jiggy doesn't step up.

Wow, 5-2 Dallas and they take a pivotal 2-0 series lead going home....Im impressed... Turco has really stepped it up, coming out of the net to play the puck and but the ducks back on defense is probably taking away some good chances...Last year the only team to beat the Ducks twice were the Red Wings, but we lost tho...

It's the curse i swear...

man I sure as heck hope the Ducks pick it up... I want them to play the Sharks (which means Colorado beats Minni) sooo bad.

they where playing really good in the second and i think they looked better then thursday but they decided to not play in the 3rd i guess... honestly when it was 2-0 i went out to eat cuz i was tired of watching already lol and then i came back when it was 4-2..

Teemu is really carrying the team right now. Scotty Niedermayer looks fairly brutal right now--he's making poor passes and getting caught out of position routinely.

going into the 3rd period, I really had no hope for the Stars, but boy did they suprise me! Its great to see the ducks playing like s***! Pronger never deserved a cup, and he doesn't deserve to be in the playoffs, after stomping someone like that. Its great to see the Hockey Gods in action!!!
